director's commentary

the poem that is featured in this video is a very loose and conceptual adaptation of one of my own unfinished poetic works.
and i do mean loosely. the original piece runs fourteen stanzas and one thousand words in its current state, with many more planned.

i won't spoil it too much as i do intend to finish it at some point, but it also differs quite a bit thematically. really all i adapted was the general message of the thing.
intent does not equal action though, so who knows if it'll ever get done!
if it does, i'll drop it in the poetry corner and link it here!

also i fucking hate the bigfoot moment thing. it's lame and nonsensical and doesn't align with the humour of the project at all. i don't now what i was thinking.
