director's commentary

as of writing, this is the only video in what was intended to be a series of many poetic adaptations.
this, of course, is based on Percy Shelley's poem Ozymandias.

you may also be suprised to discover that this was originally intended to be the second episode.

the first episode was inteded to release directly after lorenzo dances and would feature him as a primary character, being based on John Keats' poem
Isabella, or The Pot of Basil;
my all time favourite poem.

the animation was never finished, as it would have had a total runtime of approximately half an hour - a length unrivaled by even my longest animations.

both lorenzo and isabella are still primary characters in the over-arching Soi Animatica mythos, and appear in multiple videos; you may just need to keep your eyes peeled for them!

they're not in this video though, i went off on a bit of a tangent there! some may say it is to hide the fact i have very little to say about ozymandias...

oh! it does contain a secret clue!!!
