worst. soi animatica video. ever.

i've told the story behind this before; usually when i make these animations i'm at my desk with two moniters and zero distractions.

while i was making this, however, i was actually staying with boyfriend (at the time) in his tiny university dorm, and so pretty much all production was done via my laptop on his incredibly narrow single bed while he was out for class.

as a result you get this abomination. it was rushed, the models look awful (not even in the fun lo-fi way) and overall it's just a pretty disappointing way to introduce one of the main antagonists.

bonus fact: the credits in this episode came from an idea i had while i was high and watching the simpons. i thought (for some reason) that it would be really funny if the credits never ended, and just repeated yeardly smith's name over and over again as the ending theme rose in pitch.

this is one of the only ideas i've had while high that has actually made it into a video. the fact that french baker directly follows this tells me i must have had plenty of weed money around this time.
